Join us fo a guided en plein air (outdoor) art session with ©Laura Kandle Art. Materials for artmaking will be provided, and participants are welcome to bring their own.
Astoria Park

Participants will learn basics of en plein air (outdoor) artmaking using Astoria Park as their inspitation.
Class meets at Astoria Park in the grass on the north side of the Triboro/RFK bridge. Drop-ins welcome, advanced sign-ups incouraged.
Develop your skills one-on-one with Laura Kandle Art. Students can choose their area of focus for a 1-hour long session:
Acrylic painting
Drawing
Pastels/oil pastels
Students will bring their own materials for a hands-on lesson or Instructor will meet them at an Astoria-based location of their choosing. Students can choose to focus on a specific project or topic, or undertake an instructor-led project. Student’s will recieve advice on materials to bring beforehand.
